Incorporating Innovation LLC will be hosting its annual
Incorporating Innovation Seminar on
Saturday, April 12 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm at the
Gwinnett Center. Many attendees at our last seminar have since protected their idea, manufactured their product, and launched a business. This can be you!
This seminar will
motivate and educate inventors to
successfully build businesses around their ideas. Guest
speakers will include experts, seasoned professionals, and
other successful inventors.

will learn how to select the right business entity and legally form
their own business. Attendees also will learn how to prepare
a good business plan.

Protecting Your Intellectual Property: All About Patents, Trademarks, & Other Legal Issues:
Business owners should protect their intellectual property
and avoid infringing others' intellectual property. Attendees
will learn all about patents and trademarks including how to file a
provisional patent application and trademark application.
Attendees also will learn how patent experts
perform patent searches. Finally, attendees will learn the
elements
of a good nondisclosure and noncompete agreement and will be provided
with agreements that they can use.

Building Your Brand:
Attendees will learn the fundamental steps for marketing a product
and building a strong brand from a former global marketing manager of a
well-known international conglomerate.

Attendees will learn about product design and how a
product is taken from the prototype stage to the final product.
Attendees also will learn about packaging, compliance with
governmental regulations, importing, customs clearance, and shipping.
